2. Browsing and Shopping Experience
Interactive and Educational Products: Products should promote physical activity, mental development, and creativity. Sellers should prioritize listing items that provide a positive, enriching experience for children.
Clear Age Disclosures: Since children may browse the platform independently, sellers must ensure that product descriptions clearly state the appropriate age group and any relevant warnings or instructions.
Parental Controls: Although browsing by children is allowed, sellers are encouraged to consider the potential for unsupervised viewing. Avoid listings or advertisements that might be misleading or unsafe for independent child browsing.
3. Data Privacy and Child Protection
No Data Collection from Minors: Sellers must not engage in the collection of personal data from minors under 18 without verified parental or guardian consent. Compliance with data protection regulations such as COPPA is mandatory.
No Targeted Marketing to Children: Advertising and promotions should not exploit children’s vulnerabilities. Marketing must be directed toward parents or guardians, and not directly toward children.
4. Responsible Advertising and Product Representation
Age-Appropriate Marketing: Advertisements on the platform must be suitable for all ages and must not contain content that is inappropriate, violent, or harmful to children.

No Harmful Products: Sellers must not list any products that could encourage violence, aggression, or any harmful behaviors. Plactive promotes products that contribute to children’s healthy physical and mental development.
Special Needs Inclusivity: Sellers are encouraged to include products designed for children with special needs, fostering inclusivity and promoting the physical and cognitive development of all children.
6. Supplier Accountability and Responsibility
Supplier Compliance: Sellers must take full responsibility for ensuring that their products adhere to this policy. Non-compliance may lead to removal from the platform or penalties. Plactive retains the right to review product listings regularly for compliance.
Parental Feedback: Parents and guardians are encouraged to provide feedback regarding products and seller interactions. Sellers who violate this policy or provide unsafe products will be subject to investigation and possible removal from the platform.
