Q: What is Open Box Delivery?

A: In Open Box Delivery, our delivery person will open the package in front of you at the time of delivery. Both the external and brand packaging will be opened and shown to you, ensuring you receive exactly what you ordered.

Q: Is this service available everywhere?

A: Open Box Delivery is available only for select pin codes. If your order is eligible, you will have the option to select Open Box Delivery on the Order Summary page.

Q: How do I avail of this service?

A: If eligible, you will see the Open Box Delivery Option on the Order Summary page. Simply select this option while placing your order.

Q: Is this service free?

A: Yes, Open Box Delivery is a free service.

Q: For COD orders, when should I make the payment—before or after Open Box Delivery?

A: You should complete the payment before availing of Open Box Delivery. If the product is missing, damaged, or different from what you ordered, you can return it immediately and get a refund.

Q: What happens if the product is found to be missing, damaged, or not what I ordered at the time of delivery?

A: If the product is missing, damaged, or different from what you ordered, ask the Delivery person to take it back immediately. For COD orders, you will receive a refund from the Delivery person on the spot. For prepaid orders, a refund will be credited to your account according to the seller’s return policy.

Q: Can I get a replacement instead of a refund?

A: Only a refund is available if the product is not acceptable.

Q: Are all payment modes available with Open Box Delivery?

A: All payment modes are available except for Card on Delivery.

Please Note:

  1. Open Box Delivery is available only in select pin codes. If eligible, you will have the option to select it on the checkout page.
  2. The Delivery person will open both the external and brand packaging in front of you at the time of delivery to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered.
  3. If the product is missing, damaged, or different from what you ordered, ask the Delivery person to take it back immediately. For COD orders, you will receive a refund on the spot. For prepaid orders, a refund will be credited to your account according to the seller’s return policy.
  4. Return requests for missing, damaged, or mis-shipped products will not be accepted once Open Box Delivery is successfully completed.
  5. If the device is found to be defective upon turning it on, you may contact customer service for a replacement or refund as per the returns policy.
  6. Card on Delivery is not available for Open Box Delivery.
  7. Customers should complete the payment before opening the box (for COD orders).

  9. By opting in to Open Box Delivery, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Personal Delivery & Identity Verification: You understand that for Open Box Delivery, you are required to take delivery of the product in person after presenting a valid identity card. Producing a valid identity card is optional only if other modes of delivery are available at your pin code besides Open Box Delivery.

Payment Requirement for COD: If you choose cash on delivery as your payment method, you understand and agree that payment must be made in full before the product can be opened for inspection.

Delivery person ’s Role: You agree that only the delivery person (“Delivery person “) is authorized to open the product package and present the product to you for inspection.

Product Inspection: You agree to inspect the product in the presence of the Delivery person and confirm receipt by signing the mobile or paper delivery sheet. Inspection involves checking the physical appearance and components of the product, not testing its functionality.

Failed Delivery: You understand that if the product delivered does not match the product purchased, the delivery will be considered “failed,” and the product price will be refunded as per the seller’s policies. For COD orders, the refund will be provided immediately by the Delivery person.

Adherence to Other Policies: You agree that all other policies of the seller and the website apply to you and the transaction completed on the website. You agree to abide by these policies.

Integration with Plactive Terms of Use: You understand that these terms and conditions are part of Plactive’s Terms of Use and should be read in conjunction with them.
